Eligibility Criteria for Participating in Karnataka AYUSH Counselling 2026

To apply for BAMS admission in Karnataka through KEA AYUSH Counselling 2026, candidates must meet the following eligibility conditions:

• Category-based relaxation in NEET score and 12th marks is only applicable for Karnataka Domicile candidates.
• All admissions (except in 2 Deemed Universities) are offered in RGUHS-affiliated colleges, following guidelines set by RGUHS and NCISM.
• NEET UG qualification is compulsory for all quotas — including Government, Private, Management, and NRI seats.

How much marks are required in NEET 2026 for BAMS admission in Karnataka?

As per official press release by NTA, 144 is the minimum qualifying score in NEET Ug 2026 for General category, and 133 / 720 for OBC, SC, ST category candidates.

Important: Non-Karnataka candidates are not eligible for category-based reservation and will be considered under the General category only, regardless of the category mentioned in NEET.
