Christ University MBA Admission 2025: Detailed Eligibility & Selection Process

You must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in India or abroad (recognized by UGC/AIU) with a minimum aggregate of 50%.

If you’re in your final year of undergraduate studies, you can still apply, provided you have a 50% or higher aggregate in all semesters/years of examinations conducted so far. Students appearing for their final degree examinations between March-June 2025 are also eligible.

One or more years of work experience is mandatory (full-time or family business is considered). You’ll need to submit work-related documents like a joining letter, experience letter, and your latest salary slip.

• Minimum GPA of 2.5 (German grade conversion) in your undergraduate program.
• German language A1 clearance before completing the MBA program.

You must obtain a minimum composite score of 450 in GMAT or 295 in GRE before formally applying for WMU admission in September 2025.

To begin, you’ll need to create a one-time registration ID. You can do this by:

• Navigating to your chosen program on the Christ University website, where you’ll be redirected to the registration page.

• One-time Registration: This ID allows you to apply for multiple programs.
• Fill in Your Details: Enter your name exactly as it appears on your class 10 certificate, a valid email address, mobile number, WhatsApp number, date of birth, and create a secure password. Double-check all information before submitting, as you cannot edit it later.
• OTP Verification: The system will send an OTP to your mobile number and email address for verification.” Enter the OTP and proceed.

• Use your registered email ID and password to log in.
• If you forget your password, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset it.

• Select Your Program: Choose your desired program and campus. If preferences are available, select them accordingly. Ensure you meet the specific eligibility criteria for your chosen program.
• Upload Photograph: Upload a formal photograph (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) with a white background. The file size should not exceed 100 KB. Photos with other backgrounds or taken with mobile devices may lead to application rejection.
• Read Terms and Conditions: Carefully review the terms and conditions and check the declaration box.
• Pre-requisites: Ensure you have a valid score from one of the accepted entrance exams (Aug MAT 2024 | Dec MAT 2024 | Nov/Dec CAT 2024 | Feb MAT 2025 | CMAT 2025 | XAT 2025 | ATMA 2025 | GMAT 2024 / 2025 | GRE 2024 / 2025).
• Personal and Educational Information: Fill in all required details and upload clear scanned copies of your Class 10, Class 12, and undergraduate degree marks cards, work experience letter (if mandatory), and valid test scorecards. Final-year undergraduate students must enter marks up to the previous semester/year. Applications with missing or unclear documents will be rejected.
• Preview and Submit: Review your application thoroughly for any errors. Once submitted, you cannot make changes.
• Select Selection Process Date and Center: Refer to the “Important Dates” section and choose your preferred date and center for the selection process. Requests for changes will not be entertained.

• Payment Methods: Pay the application fee securely online using Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI.
• Non-Refundable: The application fee is non-refundable once the application number is generated.
• Application Number: A 9-digit application number will be generated after successful payment.
• Payment Failure: If payment fails due to a technical error, the application number will not be generated, and any deducted amount will be refunded within 15 business days.
• Print Application: You can print a copy of your application from your login until the selection process is completed.

• You’ll participate in a group discussion for 25 minutes, followed by a 90-second micro-presentation on a given topic.
• This assesses your communication skills, ability to think critically, and present ideas effectively.

• The admissions committee will ask you to write on a specific topic within a 10-minute time limit, using no more than one A4 size sheet.
• This evaluates your written communication and analytical skills.

• An expert panel will interview you, which includes a verbal assessment.
• This assesses your personality, communication skills, career goals, and overall suitability for the program.

• The university will evaluate your academic record in Class 10, Class 12, and your undergraduate degree.
• Upload all relevant documents (marks cards, degree certificate, entrance exam scorecard) within five days of submitting your application to avoid rejection.
