The plan to reschedule CBSE (The Central Board of Secondary Education) Class 10 and Class 12 Board Exam 2020 has been conducted for its pending papers along with the evaluation of the answer papers of CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2020 and CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2020. The schedule of the exact Board exam along with other details will be announced on April 14th when the situation of the Coronavirus crisis will be reviewed. It is said by Union HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank on Sunday.

HRD minister told in his statement; “I am regularly reviewing the plan of action being followed by schools and colleges during the lockdown. A plan is also ready for conducting pending exams and evaluation as soon as the situation improves and the lockdown is lifted.’’

The students of the CBSE exam should not panic over the new, revised dates or exam schedule. After the decision on the opening of schools and colleges, the CBSE will release press releases for informing the fresh examination dates of class10 and class12 Board exams after reassessment of the situation. All the CBSE students are advised to conduct a check on the official website (cbse.nic.in) for the latest updates on board exams 2020.

The union HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal stated in an interview to PTI that the government gives the utmost importance in the safety of the students. The ministry is prepared to ensure students that they will not face any educational loss if they lockdown needs to be extended beyond 21 days.

Before the lockdown was announced on March 24th due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the classes in schools and colleges were suspended and the board exams got postponed. This rule applies to over 800 universities, 40,000 colleges and 12,000 standalone Higher Educational Institutions along with 1.5 lakhs schools in India.

  • Highlight important points: Students may highlight the important points while they are writing the answer. In this way, it makes the examiners easy to understand their knowledge on the subject.
