The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has officially reopened the registration window for AYUSH (BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BNYS) and MBBS/BDS counselling for the academic year 2025-26. This comes as part of a fresh notification dated 05 July 2025, inviting NEET UG 2025 qualified candidates to register online for medical and AYUSH undergraduate courses across Karnataka.

🔄 Round 1 Registration Reopened for Fresh Candidates

KEA has announced that new candidates who have not registered earlier under UGCET-2025 can now register online for UG NEET-based admissions to MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH courses.

📋 State Merit List Released for AYUSH & Medical Courses

On 04 July 2025, KEA released the State Provisional Merit List for NEET UG 2025 candidates. This merit list includes eligible candidates for:

• BAMS (Ayurveda)

• BHMS (Homeopathy)

• BUMS (Unani)

• BNYS (Naturopathy & Yoga)

• MBBS and BDS seats in Karnataka

💡 Candidates can check their rank and eligibility status using their NEET UG 2025 Roll Number on the KEA portal.

📑 Document Verification Process for Registered Candidates

Depending on their registration status and category, candidates must follow the below instructions:

✅ For Already Registered Candidates (UGCET-2025):

• No fresh registration required for Karnataka Ayush Counselling 2025.

• But candidate must update UG NEET 2025 Roll Number via KEA login.

• Download:

  • Updated Application Form

  • UG NEET Verification Slip

📌 Note: No additional document verification required (already verified online).

🌍 For NRI Ward Candidates:

• Must appear physically at KEA, Malleswaram, Bangalore.

• Carry original documents + 2 sets of photocopies.

📆 Verification Schedule at KEA Office:

🏥 For St. John’s Medical College (Category-2 to 8):

• Candidates claiming reservation under Category-2 to 8 must report physically for verification.

• 📍 Venue: Medical College Council Room, St. John’s Medical College, Bengaluru.

• 📆 Dates: 09 & 10 July 2025
