Common Form (Query Form)
When you are applying to colleges / universities by using our Common Form on our platforms, we may collect the following additional information from you to enable them to process your application.
- Category / Stream for which form is filled, course interested in, preferred location of study
- Gender, Nationality, State, Address, Date of Birth
- Father’s / guardian’s name, occupation, mother’s name
- Details of 10th class including marks scored, school name, school board, passing year
- Details of 12th class / under graduation including stream, marks scored, school name, school board, passing year
- Work experience (if applicable) including companies last worked / working, years of experience, job designation, occupation, domain, skills and specializations etc.
Registration
We may collect the following information to register you on our platforms to allow you to use our products and/or avail the various (paid or free) services we offer:
- Your name
- Contact information such as email address and phone number
- Demographic information such as current location and/or residential address
- Education details such as education Interest, current education level, year of passing and/or other preferences/interests (including but not limited to preferred location of study, choice of programs/courses, preference to take up coaching)
- Work Experience, occupation, career domain, skills and specializations that you are interested to pursue / upskill
Online Coaching, Counselling services / products
- Your location and state
- Your socio-economic profile
- Information pertaining to racial or ethnic origin, religion etc,
- Your score, rank in various entrance exams.
- Date of birth
- Enrolment number pertaining to exam/institutions applied to
- Your engagement on various products, behaviour patterns, test results etc
Online Payment
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails on various courses, entrance exam updates, college information, and other updates.

Payment
We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

We work with a range of educational institutions to promote and advertise their course. This information enables these institution(s) to process your application and to contact you to initiate the next steps in the admissions process
Furthermore, whenever you make payments on our Platforms, your payment card information is shared with a payment gateway / processor.
