Choice Filling for AYUSH 2022 Counselling

Some of the important pointers to keep in mind while filling choices for AYUSH 2022 counselling are as follows :

• Choices will be filled in a preference form after application form completion and depositing of security fee.
• Candidates will be required to provide their choice of course-college options.
• There will be no limit on no. of choices a candidate can fill in the preference form
• However, No filling of choice will disqualify the candidate from the AYUSH counselling process.
• Candidates must also lock their choices before the last date to ensure that correct options are filled.
• Candidates are also advised to check the fee structure of the college and curriculum of the course to be able to make informed decisions.

Seat Allotment in AYUSH 2022 counselling and Joining

After candidate lock in their choices, AACCC will prepare seat allotment lists for that round of counselling. The allotment will be done on basis of NEET 2022 rank. If a person does not want to take the seat allotted in the first round they can participate in the second round. A candidate will also have an option to take the seat allotted to them or leave it.

• If however, a seat is not allotted to a candidate in the first round they can look at AACCC website for round 2 allotment.
• Candidates can also make new registrations for round 2. A candidate will not be required to register again for the second round if they have already registered for round 1.
• In the round 2 fresh choice filling is mandatory for all old (those who wants to resign seat allotted in the first round and want to participate in the second round) and new candidates.
• At this stage, AACCC will release the second round of allotment. If a candidate gets allotted a seat they can either report to the allotted institute and complete admission procedure of exit the process with forfeiture of security money within 2 days of round 2 allotment publishing. however, candidates who joined the counselling process after round 2 will not be allowed to resign.
• The counselling process ends here, even if seats were not allotted to some candidates.
• Remaining seats of government/government-aided institutes are transferred to state quota.
• Seats of Private/national/Deemed institutes will be filled by conducting mop-up round. Students can make fresh registrations in this round.
• If any seats are left vacant after mop-up round these seats are transferred to respective institutes for stray round counselling.
