M.Tech Machine Design

    Course Scope

    Talking about the course scope of M.tech machine design, the course focuses on the mechanics of materials, mathematics, drawing, material science, kinematics, etc. The course’s main focus is on kinematics design, tribology and bearing design, the theory of elasticity and plasticity, advanced vibrations, the theory of plates, experimental stress analysis, etc. The course trains students with various skills in machine design required for on-going projects in India and oversees projects.

    • In the US, the average salary of a design engineer is $87.5k per year.
